Tasting Notes
Youthful and yet so complex on the nose. Fine aromas of young apple, gooseberry meringue, lemon balm, pear and attractive minerality. Fine tannins on the palate, fruit rich in extract, carries by very good acidity, minerality and a hint of smoke. The very good finish gains in importance by the minute. .
More about the tastingMultilayered, still closed with hints of greatness and ageing potential; notes of apple, pear, smoke and clam shell. Powerful and punchy on the palate with tight, delicate acidity, grippy phenolics, characteristic minerality, good concentration, extract-rich, very young.
