Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Slightly incendiary on the nose, with aromas of white pear, Mirabelle plum, Reine Claude plum and apple, with the typical smoky notes of the site. On the palate structure, density and volume. Dry, with tart apple, the integrated acidity has a slightly salty touch, the noticeable phenolics are still grippy and the minerality stands out. Long, very young.
