Mit dem Pinot Noir Barrique Non-Filtré greifen wir nicht nur einen Trend auf, sondern verfolgen konsequent den naturnahen Ausbau unserer Weine. Der Verzicht auf jeglichen Eingriff am Wein während dem Ausbau im Eichenfass sowie der Verzicht auf das Filtrieren vor dem Abfüllen, machen aus diesem Pinot Noir eine Spezialiät mit besonderem Charakter. Leicht getrübt durch die Restsedimente vom Eichenfass erkennt man sofort: ein authentischer, naturnaher Tropfen.

Dried plum, black cherry, raspberries and spiced notes on the nose. There's a soft attack on the palate which is medium-bodied with clear fruit, ripe acidity and beautiful smoothness. Dark berry aromas and fine tannins show on the medium-long finish.
