Bright gold with a fine mousse. Fragrant nose, initially bread-like, then canned peach, some pink pepper, with a candied pineapple aftertaste. Fine fruit expression on the palate, with clear notes of salted caramel, with a touch of seaweed, a buttery cookie and saffron finish.
