Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Fragrant nose of candied tropical fruits, quinces, with subtle smoky notes, marjoram and hazelnut. Fresh and clear on the palate, with vivid fruit and cool, effervescent-aggressive mousse, juicy, slightly salty finish.
