Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, bright straw yellow with flint reflections. Very fragrant nose, inviting, precise and clear, lemon zest, sea salt, iodine, with a fine and open-hearted bouquet, very inviting. Very clear and pure on the palate, salty, straightforward, with fine mousse and plenty of persistence, finishes with a slightly stony feel.
