Very pale pink with a brilliant core and delicate mousse. Dried raspberry, lightly sugared strawberry and some iodine notes on the nose. The palate is very grippy and dry with a decidedly lively mousse with fine beads, slightly noticeable tannins and a grippy, crystal clear finish.
