Shiny, crystalline straw yellow. Fragrant on the nose, with freshly squeezed lemons, some barley malt, vanilla and cold butter. On the palate with yellow fruit core, texture, shows slightly phenolic notes, fades somewhat on the finish, remains delicately bitter.
