Brilliant straw yellow with fine, persistent mousse. On the nose candied fruit, citrus zest, sage, a hint of bright honey and hazelnut, with a touch of sea salt towards the end. Very juicy palate, with fine mousse, delicate texture and great harmony, crisp, clean, great length.
