Tasting Notes
Sparkling, dark ruby with a light garnet; slightly leafy notes on the nose, then opens up with aromas of blackberry and cherry; dense and slushy on the palate, very rich, tightly meshed tannin with a sweet core, builds up a beautiful arc of tension, chocolaty finish.
