Pale straw yellow with an olive green shimmer, fine and persistent bubbles. Green apple and quince on the nose, slightly vegetal notes of cut grass and dried herbs. Lots of juice and lively freshness on the palate, fruity, unfortunately breaks down a little in the middle section and remains overpowering.
