Tasting Notes
Bright, brilliant straw yellow with a slightly brighter rim. A hearty nose with lots of flint, slightly waxy, with some sealing wax, seemingly multi-layered. On the palate a grapey flavour, with great fruit and acidity, it seems very complex, and is excellently balanced. These are characteristics a Soave must have.
