Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fine yeasty notes, bread crust, roasted hazelnut and candied citrus fruit on the nose, fragrant and inviting. Also on the palate it shows with clear, candied citrus fruit, very well-integrated mousse, full of tension, salty, spreads an elegant arc across the palate, vivid and clear, a little surprise!
