Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Powerful, deep red-gold. Attractive, complex nose of dried apricots, quince, and some orange peel, as well as raspberry background tones. Distinct and balanced on the palate, flowing smoothly along, still extremely young and dynamic, with a hint of quince, and marked by a subtle bitter-nuanced finish.
