Gentle luminous golden yellow with copper glints. A delicate aroma of candied lemon and ripe apricots, a little saffron and soft notions of buttercream, as well as a dash of light nougat. Generously juicy, intense, displaying good tension and fine suppleness, finishing with a soft savoury tone, and persistence.
