The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Cantine Lenotti has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Oseleta from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark shining ruby with tendency to garnet. On the nose ripe raspberries and a breath white pepper savouriness, shows gentle incense nuances, then violets on the finish , seems youthful. On the palate supple and with soft cream, compact berry fruit, rich with delicate acidity.
