Purple red with ruby reflections. In the nose sweet savouriness like cloves and cinnamon, some vanilla notes, plum confit, smoky notes in the finish. Fresh in the mouth, white pepper on the notion, some mint, juicy tannins and long acidity. Still a long time ahead.
