Intense, flint ruby with a slight garnet edge. Very intense and clearly marked nose, full of blueberries, raspberries, plus subtle savoury notes that give the wine play. Big on the palate, lots of vivid, dark berry fruit, opens with hearty, vivid tannin, some leather, rich drive on the finish.
