Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby with a drop of purple. Ripe blackberries and cherries on the nose, reminiscent of elderberry cordial, delicately resinous nuances and some cinnamon and chocolate round off the bouquet. On the palate, it has a magnificent sweetness and well-integrated acidity, spans a wide arc, fruit and alcohol are perfectly balanced, a great Primitivo!
