Ruby red in colour with a purple tinge. The nose is compact, with aromas of ripe fruit reminiscent of plum, with some dark chocolate in the background. The palate is powerful and spicy, with dried Mediterranean herbs, ripe tannins, moderate acidity, and a rich finish.
