It is yellow and fruity on the inviting nose, with aromas of ripe apricot and peach, a hint of white chocolate, and also some saltiness. It is vivid on the palate, with a subtle fruit texture, good tension, a dancing acidity through to the finish, and a juicy aftertaste.
