Brilliant straw yellow with a delicate golden hue. Cool nose of flint, sea salt, squeezed lemon, then grapefruit and a pinch of roasted hazelnut. Beautifully full on the palate, spreads over the tongue with plenty of mousse, compact, emphasised yellow fruit, slightly sticky on the finish.
