Tasting Notes
Lightening, bright ruby red colour. Fragrant nose of dried orange zest, rosehips, raspberries, elegant hints of mint, after a little time blueberry confit, precious wood, cold smoke. On the palate with plenty of tannins, earthy undertones, but also well-integrated acidity and beautiful freshness, comes in several waves, patience in the glass.
