The red wine Paiagallo Barolo DOCG, vintage 2008 from the winery Casa E. di Mirafiore has been rated in 2012 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby colour. Fragrant, clear nose, lots of cherry and plum, fine sweet notes. Very supple on the palate, shows lots of ripe fruit with sweet texture, unfolds with dense, very supple tannins at the core, builds up for a long time, long finish.
