The sparkling wine Mirafiore Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Noir, vintage 2016 from the winery Casa E. di Mirafiore has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Rich aroma with notes of ripe fruits like peach and apple, plus elegant ripe notes of roasted hazelnut and bread crust, discreet linden blossom. The palate is carried by a fine mousse and fresh acidity. Medium stature with a nice creaminess, structure and an appealing saltiness. Very persistent on the aftertaste.
