Shimmering straw yellow with golden reflections. A distinctly floral bouquet of elderflower and jasmine, with a hint of nutmeg and nuts, followed by white peach in the background. Distinctive savoury tones on the palate, notes of sloes, individual in character, of medium strength, very dry and sparsely structured, finishes on grapefruit.
