Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale golden yellow in the glass. On the nose ripe lemon, a hint of sulfite, then sea salt, followed by bread crust. On the palate well-integrated mousse, very fresh and juicy, a hint of salt, seems harmonious, a great surprise.
