Bright straw yellow in colour. On the nose, aromas of fresh yellow apple and lemon zest are supported by a soft creamy note, with white peach and white flowers on the finish. The palate is fine and smooth, with great tension, the well-integrated acidity complementing the fruit and subtle salinity on the finish.
