Tasting from 30.06.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with a touch of purple. The nose is initially very savoury with hints of resin before opening to reveal aromas redolent of fresh cranberry, forest fruit and undergrowth. The palate is dry with crunchy youthful tannins, beautiful dark berry fruit and a slight salinity. A great food wine best enjoyed slightly chilled.
