Tasting Notes
Dark, bright ruby red. Delicately leathery and fleshy tones on the nose, some graphite, reminiscent of truffle and undergrowth in the aftertaste, rich wild berry fruit. Complex on the palate with noticeable, compact tannins, savoury on the attack and finish, slightly salty undertone, minimal aftertaste on the finish.
