Tasting Notes
Dark, brilliant ruby in colour with purple reflections. On the nose, a fragrant, penetrating bouquet of ripe blackberry and sour cherry, lavender and a hint of red bell pepper. Velvety texture on the palate, with a firm tannin structure, sweet fruit, and beautifully juicy through to the finish.
