Tasting Notes
Bright, light gold. Multi-layered and complex on the nose, very pronounced, of ripe quince and pear, fine oak, also candle wax and a light honey note, carried by a subtle smoky-mineral nuance. Clear on the palate, with great weight, literally radiates, spreads over the tongue with racy acidity, remains complex and elegant, a broad range of aromas accompanies the course, slightly bittersweet on the finish.
