Rich bright straw yellow with olive green. Fragrant on the nose, with delicate blossoms, green olives, herbs, then a lovely lemon aroma and an aftertaste of sea salt. It is fresh and clear on the palate, with a juiciness and a golden fruit core. A racy acidity supports the course to a prancing, bittersweet, stimulating finish.
