Tasting Notes
Brilliant, intense ruby garnet. Crisp, intense fruit, cherries and plums, overlaid with fine caramel. Lots of rich, ripe fruit on the palate, cherry confit, pomegranate, compact tannin, entwined with sweet texture, long finish.
More about the tastingRich, sparkling ruby. Dense and complex nose, with notes of blackberries, preserved cherries, some sandalwood and cardamom. Fills out the palate, initially showing full fruit, especially raspberry and plum, then unfolds with dense, fine-grained tannins, rich melting in the finish, very long finish, lots of potential.
