The red wine Barolo DOCG Bussia, vintage 2021 from the winery Cascina Adelaide has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Gently shimmering ruby colour with brick-red edges. Dense and dark on the nose, forest floor, cherry and blackberry compote, plus marjoram and a hint of tar. Powerful on the palate, with rich fruit and fine-meshed tannins, with supporting acidity, still young but with plenty of certain ageing potential.
