The red wine Barolo DOCG Cannubi, vintage 2021 from the winery Cascina Adelaide has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant ruby colour with a garnet-red tinge. Powerful and inviting on the nose of preserved blackberries and plums, with notes of thyme and lilies and a hint of mocha. With plenty of tension and rich fruit on the palate, on a firm tannin bed, through to the long, subtly savoury finish.
