The sparkling wine Iris Asti DOCG Dolce from the winery Cascina Carlòt has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Moscato from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant silver green with a delicate mousse. Restrained on the nose, somewhat vegetal aromas, green pear. Appears with cardboard and very sweet on the palate, the mousse remains in the background, pronounced fruit, then somewhat sticky on the finish.
