Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.02.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Pithy aroma with restrained fruit character. Needs time and space in the glass. Changes precisely: heart cherry, tea leaves and humus. Serious character. Taut and concentrated on the palate with fine extract sweetness and vehement tannins. Hearty Barbera, perfectly complemented by a Bollito misto.
