Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with garnet rim. Very inviting and exciting nose, opens with notes of pomegranate and cinchona bark, then lots of fresh sour cherry and raspberry. Salty on the palate, builds well, pithy tannins, spans a wide arc, unfortunately somewhat diffuse in the finish.
