Bright ruby red with garnet highlights. Intriguing nose, lots of spice and hints of fresh leather; with aeration there is more fruit and herbal spice. Structured and powerful on the palate, lively, pleasantly warming, starts juicy, then lots of spice, imposing tannins, harmonious acidity, persists, great ageing potential.
