The sweet and dessert wine Südtirol Moscato Rosa DOC, vintage 2011 from the winery Castel Sallegg has been rated in 2014 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Rosenmuskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, flint ruby red colour. Very concentrated and intense nose, aromas of cloves, raspberries and some blueberries, seductive and profound. Great concentration on the palate, notes of cloves, delicate tannins that balance out the sweetness beautifully, very long finish, intense flavour of roses.
