Tasting Notes
Sparkling, dark ruby. Very dense and intense nose, full of licorice, cedar wood, then prunes and cassis. Hearty and gripping on the palate, opens with dense tannins, very full-bodied, shows lots of ripe fruit, full-bodied pressure on the finish.
