The red wine Acciaiolo Toscana IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Castello di Albola has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep, dark ruby red in colour with purple tendencies. On the nose, a pronounced dark berry bouquet with notes of cedar wood, tobacco and eucalyptus. Plenty of sweet fruit and chocolate truffle on the palate, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity, balanced through to the very long finish.
