The red wine Tradiomano Governo all'uso Toscano IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Castello di Albola has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Tuscany in Italy.
On the nose, intense herbal aromas, Ricola herbal drops, also a hint of malt and sweet cherry. On the palate, sandy tannins of acceptable maturity, medium fullness and an acidity that slowly increases in intensity with juicy fruit and mineral undertones on the finish. Will need another year or two to round off and integrate the existing green tones.
