The red wine Bardolino DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Cavalchina has been rated in 2017 with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Sparkling ruby, bright. Very clear and fruity nose, lots of crisp, fresh cherry and raspberry, some pomegranate, underpinned by notes of cloves. On the palate, fine, subtle tannins develop softly and for a long time, with a fresh and crisp finish.
