Clear garnet red with a dark core. Pronounced aroma of ripe blackberries, roasted plums and juniper berries, paired with fine pepper spice and cold smoke. Builds up in layers, shows a great variety of aromas, delicate, clear, with good tension on the finish, persistent and long.
