Bright ruby red colour. Delicately fragrant nose of undergrowth, rosehip, strawberry mousse and a delicate hint of icing sugar. Ripe red berries on the palate, elegant, vegetal flavours, underpinned by a beautiful saltiness and juiciness through to the finish.
