Medium salmon pink colour. Red berries, lemon and subtly cooling herbs on the nose. Appears fresh and balanced. The palate is characterised by a moderately fine mousse and ripe acidity. The finish is rather sweet with berry and citrus notes. An accessible rosé sparkling wine.
