Rather discreet bouquet of dark forest berries and cherries. Restrained ethereal outlines. Lean and gripping on the palate with cool, mineral-influenced fruit of blackberries and elderberries. It has a pull, freshness and typical varietal pepper. Juicy tannins make it the perfect accompaniment to spicy meat. Please decant!
