Laurel, wormwood, sweet cherry, subtle caramel and oak. A lot of juiciness in the attack, firm ripe tannins, strong tactile mineral notes, noticeably chalky, fire in the background, but despite the mild acidity it is in balance, because phenolics and mineral extract give the wine dynamism. It has wildly spicy pinot flavours on the finish.
